Comprehensive Warranties, Peace of Mind
In keeping with our customer first philosophy and level of service, we stand behind the quality of our foundation repair work with an assortment of comprehensive warranties. They cover: Interior Crack Repairs, Outside Membrane Wraps, French Drains, Sump Pump Installations and Window Well Installations.
If you encounter an issue, simply contact us and we will walk you through the claims process. Here’s how it works:
- Call us at 437-243-2111 or email rhagecontracting@gmail.com
- Ideally we prefer if you have the original paperwork, but don’t worry, if it is lost we will still take care of you.
- Share the registered homeowner’s name and address, we will take it from there.
- Once confirmed, one of our technicians will come to your home and conduct a no-charge inspection to verify it is indeed the originally repaired crack.
- Once verified, The Rhage Contracting technician will complete the repairs as described in the appropriate warranty.
